This is a basic low level system providing low-level coverage to the San Jose and Campbell areas.

The system is not linked with any other system . . . yet.  Eventually the goal is to either link and/or simulcast with AREA 2.

When we try a new controller, program, profile, or any other system feature, it will typically hit this system first.
